This is Cyclone, he's a dragon.
 He controls icy winds, and frozen stuff. Yes.His human form is a very rich buisnessman, who works in fashion (Yay!) and is very elegant. He's supr sweet and loves people.  His dragon form is sort of reckless. He has no control over his powers, and he doesn't know his own strength. He also can't see...  But his other senses are, of course, very keen.Like him? Done in Copics. His name comes from the song "Cyclone" by 12012 (Japanese Band ftw) |
